Zombies 6.66 Fill in the blank is just that - a set of blank map tiles and action cards. They have the "Zombies" logo on the backs, but the play side is just blank.
In my opinion, this is actually very cool - you can make your OWN expansion to the game, and your own cards! With the printed backs, they will shuffle into the sets you already have - you won't know it's a homemade card or tile until you draw it. I think this is a pretty good item for fans of the game, but it will depend on your own imagination, and artistic ability.
